Subject to the Terms & Conditions, you can rest assured that we will return the professional fees you have paid, if your application is refused. Any payment by you will be kept in a Client Deposit Account, which is monitored by the Immigration Services Commissioner. The professional fees paid to this account may not be removed until your application is approved.
