Overview
If you intend to come to the UK and study, you must apply for a Student visa.
Who can apply
You can apply for a Student visa if you’ve been offered a place in one of the UK universities and you earn enough points as a student.
You must also have all of the following to be eligible for a Student visa:
- can speak, read, write and understand English
- have enough money to support yourself and and pay for your course – this will vary depending on your circumstances
Family members
Your family members will be able to live with you in the UK, if you are studying above degree and your course of study is longer than 1 year.
