No Win No Fee
- In case of refusal of your visa application, we will refund the professional fees (except visit visa applications).
- An application is considered refused when all the available remedies to change the decision, such as appeal and administrative review, are exhausted and a visa or leave to remain is still not granted.
- If your application is refused and you instruct an adviser or advocate to represent you in the process of your appeal, you will be eligible for a refund of professional fees immediately.
- We cannot offer a no-win-no-fee service if you have ever been refused a visa to enter the UK. This condition does not apply to settlement visas, which means you will still receive a no-win-no-fee service if you are applying for a settlement visa and you were refused a UK visa in the past.
- Disbursements, application fees and any payment that we have paid or must pay to third parties on your behalf are not refundable. You should usually receive the refund within 5 working days. International bank transfers may take longer.
- The professional fees are not refundable if the refusal is due to producing forged or fake documents or answering declaration questions untruthfully or inaccurately by the applicant. At any time of the process, if we realise that the applicant intends to provide fake evidence, we will terminate the agreement immediately. The client will be charged on the basis of £85 per hour for the time we have already spent on the case and the payments by the client will be refunded within 5 working days.
Fees and payments
- The applicant is responsible for any bank charges, transfer fee or any deduction by the bank.
- In case the client changes their mind and want to withdraw or do not submit their application, they will be charged on the basis of £85 per hour for the time we have already spent on the case and the payments by the client will be refunded within 5 working days.
- Payments for the visa services will be held in a Client Deposit Account, which is monitored by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), and may not be transferred from this account before the relevant service is performed by us. Any outstanding payment must be cleared, by the time the documents are ready to be sent to the client, or an appointment has been booked at the embassy or a Visa Services Centre. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that their application is not affected by late payment.
Indemnity
- Mr Adviser will not be liable for any loss or damage that our customers or any third party may suffer unless the loss or damage is the direct result of its action or omission. In any case of liability, we will produce a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy that covers professional liabilities.
